  • Super Bowl Update
    We just installed the 60" plasma TV with HD service at the Two Mile Run Lodge.  Even though the Pens lost the other night, they sure looked good doing it!

    The flier we sent out is now incorrect as far as the menu goes.  We've decided to go for the pig again this year.  Menu will be Roast Pig, Beef and Turkey, with pierogies, baked beans and salad.  Also chips, pretzels and other munchies.

    Please feel free to bring your favorite side dish or game day dip, etc.

  • OYW Orientation
    Tonight at the Beaver County Times, the Jaycees will be holding an informational gathering for this year's Outstanding Young Woman finalists.

    Contestants, please bring your parents at 7 PM to the main entrance of the Times building on Fair Avenue in Beaver.  And remember - a Times photographer will be on hand to take your photo for the newspaper.  Dress nice!

  • Super Bowl 2012
    Yes it's that time of year again - Super Bowl XLVI takes place on Sunday, February 5th 2012.  The Beaver Area Jaycees are once again hosting our annual Super Bowl tailgate party at Two Mile Run Park lodge.  We will be grilling in the cold, true tailgate style, while the game is enjoyed indoors on a brand new HD Big Screen TV!

    The 50th Annual Outstanding Young Woman for 2012 program will be held on Saturday, April 30th at Beaver High School Auditorium, starting at 7:00PM.
